The occupational health care can be provided by a doctor specialized in the field and in possession of the proper National Public Health license. The doctor can be an employee of the employer or an independent provider performing the occupational health care service under a contract. The National Public Health Office provides the license to the occupational health care providers and has the duty to perform the relevant controls during their operation.
